Some days before your arrival we will be contacting you by email in order to request about your scheduled arrival time. Over the days prior to your arrival the apartment will be thoroughly cleaned, the beds made and the bathroom provided with clean towels, everything being in mitt condition.
At the arranged time a member of our staff will be waiting for you at the building entrance in order to provide you with the keys to the apartment, as well as to explain to you how the appliances fitting the apartment work. Besides you will be provided with the tenancy agreement, of which one of the copies has to be signed by you.
Our reception staff will be pleased to attend to you and take note of any other facilities you might need, like additional cleaning of the apartment during your stay, useful tourist information about Madrid, etc.
Payment for the remainder rent must be made on check-in. Likewise, a €200 deposit must be paid, it being refunded on check-out provided there are no pending charges for additional services or damage to the apartment. The deposit must be put down either in cash or by providing a valid credit card.
Should you put forward your departure, so giving up some days of your stay, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the total amount corresponding to the days cancelled, provided we have at least 7 days´ notice of cancellation. No refunds will be given for cancellations made at less than 7 days´ notice.
Unless otherwise stated, check-in time will be from 3:00 p.m. onwards and before 10:00 p.m.
Check-ins later 10:00 p.m. or on public holidays will have an extra charge of €30.
For the duration of your stay, the tenant will have a customer service telephone number at their disposal so that any needs he or she might have are catered for.
At the scheduled check-out time our reception staff will transfer to the apartment in order to collect the keys to it. Upon verification of the apartment’s condition you will be refunded the whole of the deposit provided it was made in cash. Check-out, unless otherwise stated, will be done before 11 a.m.
Each apartment is assigned a rate, according to its size, location and facilities. The rates are set on a day, week or month basis depending on the duration of your stay. Only tenant- friendly rates will be charged. The total price includes accommodation, tax and expenses for water and electricity consumption. The price does not include the cost for additional services.
For cancellations at more than 15 days´ notice you will receive a full refund.
For cancellations at moore than 7 days´ notice you will be receive a refund for half for half the total amount.
For cancellations at seven or less than seven, or in case of no show, you will be charged half the amount corresponding to the whole stay you hired.
